As young House of Champagne, we are completely conscious of the environmental impact on this harmony, and our choices of vine growing were imperative without any compromise to limit at the most the consequences of our activity on the environment but especially by our work of grounds, reveal the expression of our vines and their minerality.
We lead a vine growing reasoned to meet the qualitative requirement of the House.
The plots of land benefit from a natural enherbement to favor the microbial life of the ground.
Grounds are scratched and ploughed for their aeration and no artificial fertilizer is added.
The weeding is made in a mechanical way.
